We're sorry that you've received a defective item. Fret not - here's a simplified version of our return policy for your convenience!
Return items need to reach us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for local Singapore orders, or 14 days calendar days for international orders. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
Items that can be returned
We accept returns that are unworn and unwashed, so long as their tags are unaltered and intact, with exception of the following:
- White/Ivory/Cream Items
- Knitted Items
- Discounted Items
How do I get started returning an item?
Drop us an email at email@example.com, or reach out to us via instagram DM and provide us with as much detail as you can about your defect.
Next, mail it back to us within 3 days!
You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.
*We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via traceable modes as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
Do I need to pay to return my items?
Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!
